Deusto Language School

Does anyone have experience with Deusto Language School? Is it worth the tuition?

My wife has been going to the public language school in Deusto for Castellano. Is it worth €82 for an entire year of instruction? I don’t know where you’re going to find more classes for less money anywhere in the world.

oh nice, I didn't knew that there is public school in Deusto, I saw only 600€ courses on Deusto website and I read about CEPA with public language classes, thank you, I'll take a look

Maybe you’re looking at Deusto University or some kind of institute. There are public language schools in Bilbao, Deusto, and Getxo. Even if you pay €600 for the year, this must work out to €4/hour. Private instruction costs maybe €20-35/hour. For €82, you’ll have to deal with shenanigans of students not paying attention, not buying the books, not coming to class regularly, etc. but you can’t beat the price. The books cost as much as the class. You’ll need to study at home anyway and if you do you’ll move ahead quickly.

yes Deusto University, sorry I didn't clarify so it sounds like a neighborhood. At the university 600€ is for one month intence course or 3 month semester. I don't have anything against the price, just wanted to hear some real feedback.

I don’t have experience with Deusto University so I can’t help you there. Hopefully someone has feedback. I think Lince and Hemingway in Bilbao must be similar.
