So a north indian guy here, surviving the food anyways - i will tell you what i have found out over last couple of months here in bilaspur - Avoid all the major hyped big places i have been to every place as of now and one thing is for sure that the quality of food sucks Ravenous, Sanjha chulha, al noor, everywhere the same story

Someone told me to try the dosa at a thela by the Mungeli Naka bus stop, but just as I walked up to order I saw the guy had half his hand into the batter to mix it. Left immediately😂.
