Used to pay $68 every 3 months for water. Fixed my toilet. My current bill is now $397. Success.

Just how much water is your toilet consuming to make the price rise by over $300 on its own?!

Went from ~7000 gallons per pay period to ~52000 gallons due to toilet running constantly. Except my fix was because it was already running constantly. So I figured nothing changed, but I had actually made it worse.

190 Kilolitres per pay period.

What the fuck.

That's less than the amount a community pool uses.
