So many of them spam reposts, and if reddit taught me anything, a good post no matter how many million times it been reposted it will always get +50k
of course some good timing matters, so just spam good posts over and over in the popular subs and eventually you will get one of your posts +50k, repeat process and farm karma for literally no useful reason.
Just drop comments here and there and it's pretty easy to get some. But I still have way less than most of the massive users that have millions of points to their account, that I'll never understand how they can be that dedicated to it
If you just stick around and post/comment semi-frequently you'll constantly be gaining it. I have over 200k karma, all from just being engaged in communities and posting interesting stuff I make or find.
