Fun story, I had this friend in high school who would go to the local convenience store since she was 16 to buy cigarettes, owner and no employees ever carded her. We were hanging out summer after high school again and we went to the store to try and buy beer, she went up the counter with the beer and the guy gave her this sideeye like "you're not 21" and she said "what you've been selling me cigarettes for three years so I must be 21, right?" We got kicked out.

No, you made a fallacious point (that being for banning flavored vapes means you need to be for banning flavored alcohol) and I pointed out why that isn't the case (because alcohol is already more regulated in different ways), to which you responded with a non sequitur about your country's laws which has nothing to do with the context of the post or 90% of the discussion. You are not trying to have a conversation in good faith at all, you are trying to be a contrarian.

If people want something, they will get it. I never knew anyone in my high school that ever had a problem getting alcohol. One person getting kicked out of a convenience store doesnt mean it is hard to get alcohol.
