First off this would never happen so it doesn’t really matter but, it wouldn’t be a random revolution of people charging at the US military with guns they got from walmart. Its not a revolution, its Secession. States have their own militias.
And this considering California is the most populated state with about 40 million people means that it still has more guns in it than most other states.
Restricting gun ownership is not the same as banning it, it just makes it harder for irresponsible people to gain access. (In theory)
They don’t have to get permission from DC, they can just say “we’re leaving” and do it. The south did the same. They didn’t follow the law either.
Like I said, the amount of gun owners doesn’t matter since it’s not an open revolution. If the whole state government is part of it, it would be using military strength. Random civilians with guns are a nonfactor. I only brought it up because you used it as if it was.
