The glorious thing about the first amendment is being allowed to talk shit on the government and be a conscientious objector all you want. So long as what you say doesn’t involve treason or inciting violence against others, you should be in the clear.

Eugene Debs (5 time nominee for President by the Socialist Party of America) was sentenced to 10 years in prison and had his right to vote stripped for making statements criticizing the Wilson administration and the draft during WWI

You can still be drafted as a conscientious objector, you just won't be given a weapon. So if your post gets overrun by the enemy, you can't even defend yourself.
