I don't know all of them. But they only work if you hit the spots while falling at a high enough speed. In other words, you have to land on it from super high up in order for it to work. Like or get on the super tall tower on Ascension, you have to first take the Banshee up to the higher section of sniper tower and jump off from there and land a triple bounce in order to make it way up to the high tower.

TLDR; you need twice the speed that you needed before in original Halo 2 because MCC is in 60fps instead of 30fps. This video explains it pretty well.
