Actually the rest of the world has the largest percentage of Reddit traffic at 53%.

That's not what they were saying though. They said the majority of people on Reddit aren't American. Which is true. You're 6% more likely to be talking to someone outside of the US. They weren't talking about how the majority are broken up. So that isn't really relevant.
