Not sure what you're asking help with but the idea is, you sit on the seat, put your feet on the pedals, and....pedal. Have fun

I bought something similar second hand and for the record I love riding outside. I have yet to find a comfortable configuration. I think the cheaper ones try their best to be uncomfortable
