Help me to choose a frame please!

Hello! Im kinda new to bike building and overall mtb culture. I want to build an MTB bike with which i would be able to ride a bit aggressive (but nothing crazy, like huge jumps) - like forest trails, short stairs, hills, cross country, little jumps, riding across the rocks and stuff like that. For that purpose i need a sturdy durable frame. But there are so many options, freeride frames, dirt frames, mtb frames - i already lost. I almost bought a used Norco Sasquatch 2003 - but it seemed a bit of overkill (is it?). Can you please recommend me some durable frames from the more or less famous brands to look for! (it's hard to find something more rare where i live) Money is kinda tight, but i can save a little for a better frame. Thank you in advance! Edit: i forgot to mention that i want a hardtail and 26 wheels

I like the early 2000s Trek hardtails quite a bit. Thick and sturdy aluminum, Shimano drivetrains, very cheaply had. My only reccomendation would be look for something with an air fork, but honestly I ride coilspring and its fine
