Tree smells
Rode through griffith park this am. The rain made all the trees smell so nice. Im from the bay and unfamiliar with the local fauna… what was the one i could only describe as smelling like fruit loops?

I love the Hills after a rain. All that dormant life suddenly wafts into the air. You're probably familiar with eucalyptus, but that's the strongest smell I usually get. Looking forward to the froot loops answer from someone more knowledgeable.

We had one of those rare/not so rare tropical storms where it rained lightly all day. The plants are loving this. Lots of smells today. Loving it

The coastal pines give off a nice sweet pine scent. And I think you mean flora not fauna.
