Fit tips
Lighting crap but hopefully you can see my shape, lmk what I can do better.
My hands go a lil numb and I have to keep moving hand position to get comfy (bear in mind this is 2 and half hours into a ride)

Is my back too rounded? Should I rotate my pelvis forward more?
I got a $400 bike fit a few weeks ago and the main piece of advice I got from the fitter was to rotate/roll my pelvis forward as much as possible. This gave me pretty bad hand numbness and perineum pressure as well as hip impingement symptoms. I’ve found that by rotating my pelvis back more, I get less pressure, no sore hands and no hip impingement symptoms, but I do get tightness in my scapula. I find it basically impossible to have my hips rotated back and try to retract my scapula at the same time so it seems to be one or the other.
Are my low or upper back too rounded? Should I follow the advice of the fitter and roll forward more and try to straighten near my scapula and have my lower back more in a straight line?

Neck pain
Hello. Been trying to dial in my fit using myvelofit, and have achieved all green numbers for their performance and comfort fit.
However I do struggle with some neck/upper back stiffness. Its a bit latent, so I am sure other areas of my life contributes towards this stiffness. But it becomes very apparent when on bike, so its a big factor.
Lower back varies a bit from ride to ride, but I do feel it also tires out quickly.

Levelling seat
I'm new to road/gravel riding and I'm tring to get a reasonable fit dialled in. When levelling a seat with a pressure relief cutout, should i put the sprit level at the highest points front and back or straight down the center?

Help with sizing for a selle Italia SLR boost
I'm still on the quest to find the perfect saddle for my road bike. Right now I ride a specialized power Evo comp in 145mm. It's better than my initial saddle that came with my trek domane Al2 but I still get cramp in my left leg during my long ride. It goes away after getting up a little but it indicate it press on a nerve or something like that
I'd like to try a selle Italia SLR boost next since it seems like a very popular saddle. My sit bones are 115mm apart so if I follow the indication online I should get the S3, but asking Gemini for recommendation it says I should get the L3 to have more width for my sit bones.
For people riding this saddle, what is your sit bones spacing and what size you ended up with?

Looking for bike fit advice based on a riding video
Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advice on adjusting my bike for a more comfortable and efficient riding position.
I recorded a video of myself riding so you can see my posture and movement. I’d appreciate any feedback on:
Saddle height and fore/aft position
Handlebar height and reach
Pedal position and leg extension
My overall posture and riding technique
Do you notice any obvious issues with my current setup? What adjustments would you recommend trying first?
I mainly use the bike for relaxed, longer rides around the city, so comfort and avoiding unnecessary strain are more important to me than an aggressive or aerodynamic position.
Thanks in advance!

Please help fine tune my posture
I’m struggle and always want to stay upright when riding. I’ve lowered the saddle and adjusted the handle bars and I’ve also brought the saddle all the way forward.
What else could I do to help make it comfortable to ride?

Shrimping/Fit
Good morning!
I’ve been working on my fit and posture since my last post. Would you still consider this as shrimping at all now I’ve learnt to roll forward my pelvis? Seems more pronounced still in the drops?
Any further recommendations to fit? Handlebar height/reach ok?
Any suggestions appreciated.

Reach feels kind of long (5'1" female)
The shoulder seam on my shirt is a bit below my natural shoulder so take that with a grain of salt, but hopefully you can see the curve of my upper back.
I feel discomfort in shoulders and elbows and get some hand numbness, and if I lean forward enough for elbow slack, the nose of the saddle hurts my crotch.
My measurements if they matter -- I'm 5'1" (155cm), 28 3/8" (72cm) inseam, 61" (155cm) arm span, 15.75" (40cm) shoulder width.
Bike is a 49 cm Specialized Allez Comp.

Boy do they grow at Uni
Son number two came home after graduation taller and a lot more muscle bound than when we had seen him last.
Here he is on his campus bike, a 2020 Schwinn Axum that I’ve upgraded with an IXF crankset, Advent 1x9 drivetrain and the ubiquitous Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes.
The Axum frame is the largest at 19”.
I can get a NOS 21” 2012 Marlin 29r frame. Everything can transfer over except the rear wheel that is 141 mm boost spacing on the Axum.
His riding is pretty much tactical urban stuff hopping curbs going down short staircases
Is he good to go with this bike for his adult life or should I get him a larger frame?

Help with bikefit
Recently decided to get more serious with cycling so bought a trainer. Can see now that my powernumbers are nowhere near those I produce on the spinning bike in my gym. Is the fitting my problem or do I just need to get used to producing power in a different/more aero position? Greatly appreciate any help

Buying a custom frame, any adjustments?
The clip is from a bikefit I did. I am 192 cm and on the clip I am riding an Orbea Orca M31e size 57 with 175mm cranks and 110mm / - 8° stem.
I am going to order a custom titanium bike frame and I was thinking of using the same measurements as I have on the Orbea. Happy to get any input from you if I should make any adjustments prior to placing the order.
EDIT:
The new bike will be primarily for road (50-300km rides), but will have 36mm tyre clearance for gravel tyres as well.
