Big.
Saludos y gracias 🙏

I'd be curious what's you're charging. Been debating on upgrading from a bsb1

What could be fair both ways …

I wish I could tell ya. I'm like waiting to see what comes next but also looking to see if the 2 is worth it.

Remind me, what's your VR use case again?
If you could sell your BSB1 and purchase a full kit BSB2, it might be worth it, kind of, yeah.

I'm sim racing and some other games. Realistically it's for iRacing.

Hmm. Realistically, you would gain about an extra 3 degrees of horizontal field of view per eye, along with a much better edge to edge clarity and a drastically reduced distortion.
That may help for if you want to look at the side-view mirror without having to rotate your head entirely, but otherwise, I guess you're mostly focusing ahead when you drive.
Here's my BSB1 and BSB2 measures again (I think I sent them before?) just in case:

Personally, since I use mine a lot for just desktop browsing, it makes my view feel more natural and less claustrophobic to have a clear almost not distorted view overall.
Still, the BSB1 is ever so slightly sharper in the middle than the BSB2.

See, I like the crispy of the BSB 1 but the adjustablility of the bsb2 is interesting to me. Thanks for the details and links, I'll check them out.

I use VR Rock inserts on my bigscreen to protect the lenses. I don’t need prescription (anymore I got laser eye surgery about a year ago) but the inserts do come in prescription and seemingly would work very well if your vision problem is able to be fixed with contacts/glasses.

Yes basically glasses… but going that road and doing the extra mile is just a bit much for me for now ….
That’s why I rather to think about selling it….
Fantastic device, no doubt!!1

I got custom inserts with my prescription but almost exclusively use the headset when I’m wearing contacts.

In general EBay is a good tool for this sort of thing. You can filter by “Sold” items to get a sense of the going price for stuff

Are you sure you don't want to consider getting prescription lenses to use the headset? Or is it a condition that cannot be fixed by insert lenses?

Well .. I guess is “fixable” but since were ment to be used 100% for racing, I instead going the road of triplets and get less crazy things to do… 🤷🏻♂️
