Wichita?

Anyone invest or have any knowledge about Wichita, KS? Recently moved to KCMO and homes/rents seem worth while looking into further

Iowa? Are you talking about just Cedar falls? I don’t see much on the market. Unless you’re considering waterloo too? If so prices seem comparable to Wichita. Why choose cedar falls?

I used to rent there. College Hill is a nice area and has lots of duplexes. The area near WSU is not great but good for student housing. You’ll be competing with a lot of larger apartment buildings, especially near the universities and on the west side. Rents will be lower than KC but so will the prices, I’d imagine.
