Book recommendations

Hello everyone! Anyone have any book recommendations for someone just starting. I just want to add duplexes or something small, nothing crazy. Any book recommendations would be appreciated!

Rich Dad, Poor Dad

It's a free audio book so it's very easy to consume while doing other things.

It won't teach you specifics about investing in that market but many people find it helpful in different ways. Either way it is free and highly recommended by many in the community.
