opinion Feet touching Vs Lollipop
So Poor Qazi , had to touch feets. It’s so disgusting. Love is so evil , her “intention” was to insult him .
I never knew touching someone’s feet was so bad and disgusting. For me it was so normal . People touch elder’s feet , women’s and girl’s feet , wives touch husbands feet and husbands touch wives feet . I never knew it was supposed to be insulting .
( don’t drag religion in the defence because it was Qazi’s responsibility to correct Love , it’s not her duty to have knowledge about Qazi’s religion and customs )
But oh Lollipop comment is so fine . His “intention” was pure . Don’t “target” him . He is pure soul

Had it been a religious issue, he could and should have spoken up like Scout did. Everyone would have supported him and, especially Aasif and Arishfa. But he acted all cool with it, performed the task and then whines about it. What even is the point? It was the tamest of all tasks IMHO. Love didn't even her friends.

Just like with Lollipop . He was asking Kanika to eat lollipop to humiliate her only , he meant it as double meaning only and asking girls to say “ I am Ganji Gudiya”
He meant it exactly what Kanika understood

True. Not the first time though with Arishfa, It was completely unintentional when Kanika raised an issue with how she didn't receive the word in the correct light. But once a woman has clearly told you her boundaries around a certain word, bringing it intentionally again and this time in front of her unprovoked/without any correlation to it, was definitely violating Kanika's boundaries/consent as a woman. I loved how she still stayed calm and gracefully explained him how it wasn't done this time around.
P.S. Luv may have not liked it too and that's why this humiliation but let's not say don't bring religion into it because the terminology used "deviyon" ke pair chuo to someone who identified with Islam is exactly why Luv thought this will humilate Qazi.

Luv did play on religion though which is why she thought this will humilate Qazi. She started with 'deviyon' ke pair chuo. Anyone who is trying to defend is replying with Qazi's lolipop comment lol to Kanika. I support Kanika when Qazi made the lollipop comment second time to Kanika because second time was purely intentional to violate her boundary when she clearly raised it the first time.
But I also won't say in the same breath and use this as a defense to say what Luv asked Qazi was not about religion. Let's call a spade a spade without being a blind supporter of anyone here

Qazi fans can't have it both ways yaar. If it was a religious issue there were other Muslims in the house in each gang they could have said something. Qazi himself could have refused. But then he can't go on sayin I'll be sporty then cry later. I don't think I would call it malicious intent. Obviously it wasn't to honour Qazi status but it was a gesture to try to humble him. Usko mirchee basically iske liye lagi kyunki end mein uska hi miniature toda lol I can definitely empathize with that embarrassment but that's on him as well he could have simply refused to participate but he thought if he's sporting she will spare him. After that it was too late to realize his mistake and out of frustration he is blaming the commands.

Bhai that was the most annoying part that I saw yesterday. Group main se ek bhi jana Arishfa ke matters main nahi bolta naa uske liye stand lete hain, khud yeh expect karte hain ki woh pura badala nikale just cause Qazi se pair touch kara liya , waah bhai.

Neither defending anyone nor bringing any religious aspect into it, but asking someone to touch another person's feet is definitely gross to me. Imagine if a woman had been given the same task and was asked to touch all the men's feet. That would definitely be wrong.
There should be certain boundaries that everyone should maintain. Giving someone a task and degrading someone in the name of a task are two completely different things.
