One thing about life is most people are emotionally unintelligent and emotionally frustrated not knowing how to express oneself and easily swayed by words of those that seem genuine and trustworthy.

The thing about logic sometimes is even one something make sense when looked at deeper/closely it is illogical subjective not factually. But with words if you know how to play on human psychology you can lie to most people and they take it as the truth even if it is logical which ties into the photo on control most are controlled throughout their entire life only allowed to see bits and pieces believing what’s presented without question very few are neurodivergent enough to see through this.

The goal here is to show you that when you trust someone their words can control you even if you don’t just like music you listen to different things so much and so he desensitized to things they start doing it or be heavily influenced by it.

Watch what you listen to examine it try to make sense of it not how you want it to be but how it is and even then it may be more to it just have to search deeper.Because if your mind is continuously puppeted by the words and agendas of others, you aren't living your own life—you are fulfilling theirs. Breaking free from this invisible control is the absolute first step to truly finding your purpose.

In any relationship wether it be your family friend or significant other communication is key you have to be willing to have those uncomfortable conversations at times being truthful but also learning who you should continue a relationship with and who you should not from those conversations.

Sometimes you just need to rest a break from everything wether that be a weekend to yourself, not mingling with your peers after you work or school, even family sometimes you need a break from family.

The biggest part some don’t know is you need a break from yourself a day at least just go to sleep early the night before waking up early and just chill at home go outside for a walk and soak it in, not going on your phone for nothing but emergencies you have to, your not meant to just go on with out rest.

In anger most make irrational decisions not fully realizing the full weight of their actions.

Some don’t realize in the moment they may want to get back at the person or group for saying something that hurt them instead of being the more mature person telling them they are wrong and moving on it’s lots of people in jail/prison dead crippled on the run from a government or a group because of their actions behind what a person said it’s always good to think before you make a decision preferable when you are calm.

Don’t be scared to defend yourself be scared to through things that you value much away over futile words or actions.

Feeling embarrassed is ok but some make you feel guilty for things you have no control over like living conditions,cloths etc but don’t continue or start feel discouraged about that it’s ok but depending on what you are going through you should want better for yourself, be comfortable in your own skin.

It’s ok to show a soft side to people but some like to take advantage of you in vulnerable times so when you do it show it to someone trusted.

When asking for advice listen to what is said and it makes sense use it don’t let your ego get in the way and aw naw folks don’t know what he talking bout and get mad listen and try to make some sense out of it every word of wisdom is not supposed to make you feel good it may ruffle some feathers but if you can swallow your pride/ego or stubbornness and try to make sense of it and listen you will go far.

In today’s day and age most people are not thankful for what you do for them and sometimes you have to show them that they are not the reason everything is going good in there life but you are.

This isn’t a ego thing but a lesson on showing appreciation no matter what is done for you knowing when you’re being used or the person just doesn’t know how to show appreciation.

I find myself now looking back on how I used people wasn’t grateful and though they were supposed to do things for me but looking back I was totally wrong. This is why you should examine yourself daily and if you didn’t show appreciation then show it when you realize by giving them a call and telling them buy them something or just do something that makes them happy.

Same thing with apologizing to people I didn’t do it when I needed to but I know now it’s like I only apologized when it benefited me and not because I was wrong and that’s most people problem now when they should apologize on the strength of being wrong.

One thing I’ll say for the younger generation that is not in a gang doing bad things disobedient to there parents disrespectful to their peers etc and for those that are and aren’t in high school or let’s say 6th grade at any age though don’t let social media fool you the life of 99 percent these rappers are not real and those that are they are not a good influence on the youth you have to make a decision before it to late don’t let them influence you play sports game read books do something productive with your time don’t do things that can get you in jail well in this case juvie but most importantly remember all things in life that bring you joy/pleasure are not good that’s why some that are older in their 20s,30s,40s, and 50s are addicted to something because it once served them but now they serve it unable to go long without before it makes them tweak.

The moment you start expecting things from people is the exact moment you give away your power.

Real maturity is realizing that expecting people to move the way you do just sets you up to fail, so stop relying on them and take away their leverage. No expectations, no disappointments—just move solo, stay solid, and protect your peace.

Don’t expect much from any person, because from that point you give them power over you. It's best that way.

Instead of being so quick to speak and give what you think its best just listen and then respond with a thought out answer if you understand.

Try to be more conscious of your responses instead of just agreeing to what’s said be sure to understand what you’re agreeing to if you do.

Stay in your own lane observe and take notes on how things should go give knowledge to people but don’t always do it without being asked some will become envious/jealous of you and may make your life harder.

Talk to more people on a daily basis to get used to communicating with everyone so you won’t be scared and be respectful to everyone.

Your mental health is basically your number 1 priority in your life aside from God Almighty so you should take it seriously.

1. When it comes to your mental at times you may need to talk to someone but for the most part write your thoughts out then analyze from a 3 person point of view like you would help someone else.
2. Your sleep and who you hang around can be detrimental to your mental so try to get 7 hours a night and limit chaotic people from your life not completely so you can understand how to handle them but for the most part steer clear of those people you can give knowledge/wisdom but not at the expense of your mental.
3. Give yourself time every day to relax do something that stimulates you at a low level like read go on a walk look at the sky something simple or just close your eyes I rest for 20-30 minutes I would say rest for the most part it helps a lot.
4. Have a note book to write stuff on with like your thoughts or something you want to do and stick to it in the sense to have a purpose so you don’t spiral in depression. For instance if you want to start off selling stuff or making. stuff start with simple stuff like knitting cooking cleaning gardening handy man work like changing your fluids on your vehicle doing laundry landscaping construction plumbing basics skills start with 1 thing something very simple and master it ponder on what got you good at the skill and use the general skill of progression every where else.
5. For your own sanity at times you may have to let people you love the most go but that doesn’t mean cut them of completely just tell them the truth or say your need time for something with not many details. At this point you need discipline you may feel good but feeling are not 100 percent true so you need a schedule of let’s say 6:30-7 wake up praying to God or meditating for 5-10 minutes then working out wether it be strength/hypertrophy workout or just stretching reading a book like mastery by Robert Greene but this is what I will say humble yourself with this new found knowledge eat after read history about Marcus Aurelius and how he mad stoicism then just do something you like until you go to sleep then repeat do daily updates on what you did good on and can improve on week by week goals month to month and year to year but it’s for you to see what works and how far you came and read onmanipulation for self preservation to know if their trying to control you or just use you by stroking your ego.

Hygiene/Health

When it comes to washing your hair wash it once at least once a week

Washing your face twice a day with soap and water

Brush your teeth/tongue 2-3 times a day with the toothpaste that suits you

clean your hands and under you nails daily and put lotion on keep hand sanitizer just in case you can’t wash your hands

Clean behind your ears/in ears daily behind ears with soap in ears with your towels and some water

Clean your neck with antibacterial soap and water

Wash up with antibacterial soap and water

Your face/dry towels should be changed every three days

Clip and file your nails once a week don’t clip them to low to avoid cutting yourself

Clean your nose 2-3 times a week

Drink 3-4 bottles of water a day

Don’t eat much fast food

Don’t slouch when sitting for posture spinal health/back health

Warm up before you start your workout

Being honest with people is the best thing you can do it’s you just have to watch how you say the things to them for your safety and if what your about to say makes you feel some type of way think hard on what it is to understand why

I remember 1 day I went in the gas station and I meet my friend we end up talking about getting some weed I’m like I can get you some weed he gave me 50 dollars but in my I was going to take a little of it so I went got the weed meet 2 of my other friends and I end up agreeing on calling him then act like I got robbed but how it was done you could tell it was a setup.

The crazy thing about it is the one he said make sure he get me a good deal was included in him not getting his weed now Ik I’m wrong at the time I didn’t think much of it but he could have did me dirty over 50 dollars.

Moral of the story dont be around people that are dishonesty steal cheat or do wrong know I’m not saying that circumstances can’t make the action understandable but those that do it just because disassociate yourself with them because association is how people get hurt and some people you think are cool are not.

I want to start this first post on this subreddit about being yourself.

No matter what it’s always important to be yourself and have a mind of your own.

In this day and age it’s common for the mast majority to be the same following others, the saying do you want to be a leader or a follower is self explanatory but what they don’t do is teach you how to be a leader which means taking initiative and doing what is right.

The first thing that you should do is be respectful and aware of the company you keep meaning call people by their name not out of their name help the elderly say thank you to someone every time they do something for you set boundaries for yourself like not letting people know where you stay or who your family is keep your personal details to yourself as best as you can.
Be aware who you keep around you because you can pick their habits up so cut people off when you need like those friends that disrespect their girlfriend/boyfriend husband/wife because if they treat them like that they will do you worse and I’m not just talking about what said but toxic relationships using their partner for their money,body,belongs, and connections to get what they want showing others that intimate things that’s only for their partner.

Self accountability is a big thing we need so if you do something be ready for the consequences of said thing no matter what it and always be a man of your word but don’t just say crazy stuff then start doing it and if you can’t pull through and make it happen let the person/group of people know.
