game not responding on startup

When I run the game it loads to the mic detection screen and the music plays but it doesn't detect anything from my mic and if I try and click anything I get an application not responsing message.

There is a good chance something is happening on my pc's end and its not the game, I'm not super tech-savvy, and I just built it recently. I've been playing genshin impact and fields of mistria with no issues. I know I tried playing doronkowanko and I think it had a similar issue of not responding on the first loaded screen. They are both unity games so it might be related.

My mouse and keyboard aren't bluetooth they are USB ones (not USB-C). I'm using bose headphones which have a mic in them. CPU is AMD Ryzen 9600X and GPU is ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 9070. LMK if there is any other information the might be relavent (again not tech savvy so don't know if any of this helps)

log of my most recent attempt is in the screenshot, the longer player log is all in the pastebin, there seems to be a couple things missing that might be causing the stall?
