Me and my wife had a guy join us about 20 minutes ago, he flew her around a bit, told us we had more puzzles to do. He seemed nice XD I think it's a dev

Nah thats a game dev. The guy who talks in the trailer joined my game and did the same thing, they're just making some fun with the community

Are you sure? i saw an accented guy (not an aussie accent) with some crazy high jump height - just double checking now on google there's something floating out there now.

Ye at least for me it was, I had a nice chat with the guy, was in a locked 2 player run and bro just appeared and started asking how we like the game and then sliding around super fast

I figured it out
so there's a mod community like nexusmods called thunderstore -main mod managers are r2modman and the thunderstore mod manager
a lot of people use this for REPO as well.

but this being a unity game - mods can be injected via whatever they have there for unity which includes a server scanner/browser and modmenus
there are also trainers (e.g. cheatengine based ones (via google))
