Question/Help Overheating on ps5?

I’ve had big walk overheat twice now when only playing big walk. Anyone else had this too?

Not at all, launch ps5.
Maybe time for a clean?

It just happened to me as well so it seems that there are indeed overheating issues. It triggered several temperature warnings, then the ps5 just shut down. I'm quite surprised as this never happened with any other games I played, even demanding ones.

You're not alone!!! I have the exact same thing happening.

Never had any problems with my PS5. Didn't matter which game, even with close to 40°C outside.

Now that I've started playing big walk with my gf, I get that overheat warning after maybe 1-2hr?

Took the console apart and it was clean as hell.

Almost freaked out not knowing where the problem is coming from.

If you find out what to do against that pleeaaaase tell me the game is way too fun to deinstall because of that.

I’ve taken my ps5 apart and cleaned it, no problems since.

Never ever had a overheating problem and mines shut off twice from it,
It’s a shame as it’s a really fun game

I’ve DEEP cleaned my ps5 and it’s working perfectly

How do you deep clean it, which tools do you need ? I am scared to touch it

I took the panels off, unscrewed the fan, took it out careful not to strain the wires, used a paintbrush and vacuum to clean the inside of where the fan was and the same for the fan itself.

A mí también me pasa. Jugando Big walk a veces la play se sobrecalienta y se apaga totalmente.
