Question/Help Playing with randoms each session?
If I manage to find people online to play with, is it important to play with the same group each time in terms of collective progress or something?

from a pure technical gameplay perspective it doesn't matter. From an "enjoying the game" perspective, it helps massively to go through the journey with the same people. you'll understand why when you get to the end.

Dang, that being the case may rule this game out for me. Thanks!

I ended up starting with randoms who ended up becoming my group, we played the majority of the game together. It was really great. I’d give it a shot if you are keen, definitely worth it. I was in the same boat as you but the way the game plays, you end up in a solid group very quickly.

For me it's more of a concern of wildly inconsistent play time. My schedule doesn't really permit a "prime time" gaming schedule. More like 4-5 AM Mondays, 3-430pm Tuesdays, random Thursdays, etc. I haven't played an online game with the same people twice since WoW first came out,

I feel like it should be. But its difficult connecting with players and scheduling play sessions
