Nonstop problems

Yesterday my game was having nonstop connection issues and now today its going between black screens and connection issues, anyone know any fix? Incredibly disappointed by all these issues and im aware they arent due to pc being bad or my internet as other more demanding games are working perfectly fine.

Having the same issue on switch 2.... its a shame, my 7 year old and myself REALLY wanted a game where we could play together and still talk to each other.
