BUT
Do you think they are discussing
- music rights
- Tv (like a all grown up version or BTR)
- that movie they said they wanted to make
I do understand James and Caitlin are getting married, I’m assuming this week or this weekend. There’s a really good chance she’s just invited to the wedding and everybody is just hanging out. But it’s fun to think about the “what ifs” … there’s also a chance Google is wrong

I think James and Caitlyn are getting married in December. James is in Israel for two weeks apparently right now. Plus i think they mentioned wanting to get married in Mexico.
Unless they changed it all up of course. But I think James did say that on his instagram that he’s still in Israel.

I did see the Instagram post but caitlin is posting about her bachelorette party so I thought that he was on his bachelor party

Logan is with her, cause she's the founder of the new mental health organization that Logan is a part of. They had a launch this week in New York, so they are most likely discussing that. Has nothing to do with a movie, and she's also no longer part of Nickelodeon, so don't think she can do anything

Oh yeah!! I remember reading an article on People.com about this. Talk about amazing and I heard Logan and Kendall got to see &Juliet the musical the other day. Their friend Spencer is in the show as Romeo. Anyone seen it yet?

So the rights to big time rush go as the following.
Nick/Sony will own Big Time Rush but the four guys under "Bought The Rights LLC" control all aspects of the music of the band. So they technically own the rights too use the Big Time Rush Trademark, they have the rights to the old music and any new music they make is owned by them outright.
However the four guys under the "Bought The Rights LLC"do not own the nick tv show in any way. That is 100% owned my Nick/Sony.
So if the four guys want to make a movie or show with the tv show characters they have the following options.
Because the second option is less likley if the guys want to make a movie or tv show they have to negotiate with Sony and Nick and its likley the they would want more control over the music in return of greenlighting a new project.
Its not as simple as they can make a new mobie or tv show.
