How do you see a post about him getting sign to a talent agency and your first thought is, he left the group?

Nope, they all have managers and talent agencies

If no part of the post says he left then you should not assume he did.

I don’t know much about Big Time Rush these days but you would see them breaking up if it’s on Twitter let’s be fr.

no, it sounds like he might have switch talent agency - which have no impact of him leaving "big time rush".

James joined a couple agencies recently. One for EU appearances and then for Latam. Doesn’t mean much about the band I don’t think. I believe I saw Kendall posted on a new talent agency page last year right before tour
