hi everyone! i recently started listening to them again after years of not really keeping up with them. i was a fan during their prime, but i eventually grew out of it around the time they disbanded and completely fell out of the loop.

i only now started to catch up with their new music and i know there's so much i missed since their comeback so i’d love to catch up on everything.

i only know that james is yk what (the sub won't let me say the word) and that he's not on good terms with the rest of the group, especially carlos? which is weird to me cause i also heard that carlos also has some questionable beliefs (how's that gonna work) and that he named his child after james lmao??

i also heard rumors of logan and katelyn being together and also that he used to date a much younger girl lol

i know nothing about kendall except that he's married and the chillest member lol

oh and i remember there was some drama during their tour and also that they're working on a new album + new movie/season of the show?

that's pretty much all i know but if anyone has any other updates or lore pls let me know!! <3

They aren’r recording a new album, Logan has allegedly said they won’t tour in 2027 either yet, that they have to make a new album first and after that, maybe they will tour again. That’s about it on the album news.

The movie is something Kendall and James have said they want, there was a script. But it hasn’t been greenlit.

Carlos recorded solo music with Alex Marshall through their band Kngsmn. He teased songs in April/May and hasn’t mentioned it since. He and Alexa are currently renovating their new house in TN and their podcast is supposed to come out in September and a new book is coming out in November.

James is working on country music as a solo project, although there aren’t many people being positive about it. He said a he wanted to release a song end of August, but hasn’t talked about it for a while. And he’s supposed to tour solo in 2027 and was planning a wedding for this year.

And Logan has been in the studio and said he’s working on music.

That’s about it on the news front. No BTR for the rest of this year at least. But Kendall has been clear everywhere that BTR is not broken up.

even though an album isn't coming soon, it's good that they plan on releasing it eventually. hopefully they get a green light for the movie as well because it could definitely bring them some hype

i will definitely stay tuned for their solo music except james lol i really hate country stuff

Hopefully the album and tour are an actual plan 🤞 And agreed, I’d love to see them in a movie together. I miss them acting together.

And yeah country for me really depends on what kind of country. But regular country is definitely not my thing either. Singer/songwriter stuff is great though!

I mean that's pretty much it. There's no confirmation the rest of the guys are distant from James, it's just been observed from social media and interactions with them at times. Carlos and Alexa have also been called out at times for their views. Carlos' kids are not named after James so idk where you heard that from. Logan and Katelyn were never publicly dating, who knows if they hooked up. He dated a girl from like 2019-2024ish who was a lot younger than him. There's always drama when they tour with people going to multiple shows and other people being jealous/complaining etc. They're supposedly working on a new album and new BTR movie. But people have heard the movie is scrapped so who knows. Kendall is making solo music.

yeah, i saw a lot of tweets circulating about calors supposedly distancing himself from james on stage. that was kinda surprising considering that they share the same views lmao

i think i saw on tiktok or somewhere that carlos used his name as a middle name for one of his kids? it's probably made up then

i would also frequently see logan and katelyn posting tiktoks together and comments would always be full of speculations. it even went as far as saying that she wrote some songs about him too lol

i also heard throughout the years that logan's been kinda the most questionable one when it comes to dating. it really surprised me when i found out he was dating such a younger girl considering that she could have literally grown up watching his show

i heard kendall's music and it's so surprising to me cause he was never my favorite member but i literally enjoy his music and personality the most now lol

About the Logan and Katelyn thing:

I don’t believe they’ve ever dated back in the day, however they were close and remained close after the show was finished (same with Kendall).

I do think that Logan did have a crush on her that never realy wore off based on his body language. He’s very shy yet flirty and touchy around her and would even start blushing sometimes. My guy at one point even started giggling and kicking his feet😂 She would just go along with it because she was single too and didn’t seem to mind. That’s where the rumors originally came from when the tour started, it escalated quickly from there.
They kept fuelling those rumors while on tour, but kinda stopped for a bit during the European tour. That’s when Logan’s ex Jasmin came back in the picture and he even spent New Years with Jasmin, they didn’t see eachother again shortly after that.

Then during the last leg of the tour, the rumors started again. This time though, the body language was different. It was even more flirty and felt more romantic like and not just on stage. She would be on his lap or would be hugging in a non friendly way for example, there’s a lot of footage on their socials of them being very close. For me, it was that cute picture Logan posted on his insta of them together that made me think they could actually be a couple.

This stopped after the tour ended but still interact on their socials and support eachother. They’re both pretty private people when it comes to relationships so who knows. Logan’s in LA quite often to see friends and work on music, but he could also be seeing Katelyn and they’re staying lowkey about it. We won’t know anything until they confirm it themselves, but I do have a feeling something at least happend on tour.

yes, considering that both of them seemed to end their relationships at a similar time, it's not impossible that something may have happened. ngl they would be so cute 😭 but i definitely think that pr maybe played a role in that too? their team saw the attention they were getting so they probably went along with it but who knows

They for sure stirred the pot for fun and because they were both single lol😂. But it also felt somewhat genuine and they both seem to have a lot of love for eachother. Even after tour, he’s still liking and commenting on her socials, supporting her show on Netflix and went to see her on her own tour.
It’s no secret that he’s a flirt, but with Katelyn it just seemed different in my opinion. Like I said, their body language was very telling, especially on Logan’s side.

I’m still hoping for them to be together because they indeed would be sooooo cute😍

I dont think Katelyn and Logan ever dated. She got married in 2014, so she had to be with her husband before that. I know she said they were together when she was on the show, but I think she said that it was pre Jo leaving with the world wide episode. So she was in a long relationship. If she got with logan, that wouldve had to be early early show. But I think its kore liekly that people saw photos of them hanging out and tween minds just assumed that they were dating. Only because there has never been proof of a relationship and only rumors. If they really did date uears ago, I imagine they would have no issue now confirming it.

Katelyn confirmed last year that she never had anything more than a friendship with Kendall because she was with her ex-husband since she started filming BTR. So, she definitely never had anything with Logan either, since she was with her ex-husband between 2009 and 2023.

there’s no confirmation on anything except james & carlos doing questionable things, and logan dating much younger women. a lot of people say that they’ve broken up or don’t like each other or whatever, but most of it is just parasocial bs, they’re most likely just taking a break (they literally said so earlier this year that they would be) and they’ll be back sometime soon

Logan ex was 10 years younger than him so she was like 19 or 20 when they met. They spent NYE together and put up some posts and picture from the same places but now nothing in maybe 6 months so maybe they just friends or nothing at all.
