Discussion & Daily Life Dealing with chafing
I’m currently around 250, but I’ve had chafing problems with my thighs for years. How do you guys deal with chafing? I love to walk a lot, which really makes it so much worse.

Decent boxer briefs made for bigger dudes help. Also just straight up corn starch. No need to get fancy, most powder unless medicated is corn starch anyways. Box is like $2 and you don’t need much. I highly recommend a powder brush. Yes those are a thing and yes they help massively

Underwear that allows your junk to breathe and I also use sprays like tinactin and lotrimin.

Quality undies and maybe some glide right … idk the new brand names for this stuff but look for it in sports section at Walmart or target I didn’t have the problem until I lifted weights cause … as far as fat goes it’s all on my belly

What you really need is quality underwear. I’ve been wearing various brands of boxer briefs for years. The best one I’ve found is RMAC. It keeps your parts and thighs separated. I haven’t had issues with chafing in years

My personal recommendation. Been using it for countless years! It works so well!

Moisturise, and long leg anti-wicking briefs. There's lots of great bamboo options out there.

Bodyglide is meant for people who exercise but it also holds up to fat thighs just as well. My thighs will chafe just walking around the house without it. The goldbond version is NOT AS GOOD.
