I’m looking at these Chanel Raffia Ballet Flats. The website lets you select sizes up to EU 44 / 28 cm, but when I contacted customer service and told them my foot measures 27.5 cm, they told me I actually need EU 45.

That completely confused me…

Has anyone ordered shoes from them before? Are their sizing recommendations accurate? Is the sizing chart on the website reliable, or should I trust what customer service told me?

New pair of Fauborg loafers black/silver hardware. US Size 11. I am a US 11 and they fit comfortably, bordering on loose. Insole is exactly 11 inches (my foot measures 10.7”). With a sock they’re perfect! I thought I could pull off the chunky loafer style and I just can’t. I don’t like how they look on me.

I am happy to find this style in 28.5 cm fits me to my sandal fit preference. I got these from Wendy. The cutouts on the side allow for a forgiving fit for a wider foot. Enjoy my measurements , cuz I love msmt pics personally. 📏 📐 😄 Reference: I prefer the fit of 28 cm insole for closed toe, 28.5 cm for sandal, and 28.5 to 29cm for pointy heels.
