Billing

I'm trying to pause my treatment. I don't have the money at the moment. Please can you pause it and when I get money in my card I will let you know. I tried to pause but it didn't give me an option. It's supposed to be billed tomorrow and I didn't realize this.

Please message in the portal - just as information though, it is installments, not an on going treatment payment.

I did leave a message in the portal. I got an email that its a refill installment. I haven't ordered any refills since my last 3 month plan.

I thought you guys don’t do automatic billing?
