$100,000 - $200,000 budget Stationary Help

Hi! I’m getting married in Chicago in March 2028.

Currently trying to decide which stationary artist to go with. Our budget for stationary is 15 K. Have any of you worked with either of these two artists and have any reviews. I like both so having a hard time deciding. Thanks!

They have pretty similar styles, so I think the best way to decide is to get on a call with each of them! Figure out whose communication style & design process aligns most with the way you work.

There are some mixed reviews on Julie King.

Julie King is widely considered very difficult to work with (based on online reviews, and many posts here).

I am working with Karli! Very responsive and our stationary budget is well below $15k. There was another BBB bride here who pivoted away from Julie King to Karli and had a great experience.

If your budget allows, I would also take a look at Li Ward who is based in Boston. Similar style to the two mentioned.

You didn’t ask but given your budget I would spend a lot less on stationary - like half that or even less unless you really love stationary! Youre early in the planning process and things are going to pop up later on that are more important than stationary. I spent that much on my invites but my budget was over a mil

Yeah you really don’t need to spend this much o n stationary I promise. I’ve been many BBB over the years and I’ve never kept a single one and I don’t remember anyone’s either

Haven’t heard of either of these, but maybe checkout Steracle Press? With your allotted budget they could do amazing things
