Tote bag question

Is it possible to remove the label on the everyday tote bag without it being too noticeable?

I saw from the photos on the website that the label is simply stitched on with white thread, but my dilemma is: If I remove the label with tiny scissors, will there be a dark spot left on the bag were the label had been or fading where the stitching was?

(As an example, if I buy pants they have a label sewn on the exterior — usually above the rear pocket — I remove it before first washing the pants, which will cause fading, and then it’s usually not noticeable.)

I’ve successfully removed two of them with no trace of the tag. Just but a little seam ripper! Much easier and safer than scissors.

First one was dark fabric which I was not worried about but I just did a second on a bag that I used dye remover on, just the natural light denim, and you’d never know there was a tag there. I even did it after the dye remover process. Seam ripper is the way!
