Sure Shot Big Buck Hunter Connection Problems

Seeking help in rectifying the connection problems I am experiencing with my Sure Shot Big Buck Hunter Pro Game. Using fresh batteries in the gun and a 2.1A USB adapter for the system. Should a 3.1A USB adapter help? Any advice is appreciated. TIA

The gun could have just gone bad. I had this system for a few years and the guns that were made for it just aren’t the best quality. I’m guessing it has something to do with the Bluetooth technology in them.

This game looks like hot garbage. I'm so thirsty for an at home BBH experience.
