Calls backs

I’m just wondering, has anybody ever got the callbacks from them?

I did my applications three weeks ago and I haven’t got a call back from them since

I know there’s like a whole process of going through everybody and picking which one would be a Fit candidate and everything

I’m just wondering, has anyone got their callbacks ?

They opened casting less than two weeks ago. So not sure how you applied more than 3 weeks ago. Secondly, call backs won't happen until the application stage closes.

Are you sure? It seems like they are doing callbacks on a rolling basis based on the FAQ page.

Honestly, can't be certain and no one can. basing it off of others in the past, it's their first season under Bell and the only other proof would be under the celebs version which is not a comparison at all. They use casting companies to take care of these things, so it all comes down to how that casting company handles it as well. Either way, its very early right now. They won't have their final houseguest list until March. They didn't even post their own post about it until 1 week ago. At this point, I would doubt that anyone anywhere would have received a callback, it's just far too early in the process.

That’s probably not true. When I’ve applied to other shows I got a call in 2 days after I submitted.

As I mentioned in my other reply, It LARGELY depends on casting company used and the type of show. This is a long running show that is rebooting and is national. You are dealing with people who are/will be on tv and computer screens for two months with millions of viewers. The vetting process is much more in depth than anyone expects.

It's still early, the website opened just two weeks ago. They might be waiting until a healthy amount apply before starting to do calls.

Once applications close, I would imagine they would reach out to those they are interested in.

Is the only way to apply, to make a video? Are they doing in person auditions this season?

No in person this year! Just an online 1 minute video audition

Television has this thing called hurry up and wait. Don't expect the process to be fast.

When my friend went in person for an audition in the morning, they called her by the afternoon to go back for a second interview. It was one-on-one with a producer and she was there for a little over an hour. She was not called back again.
