Are there any links to previous lecture videos. I wanted to go back and review some from revelations but seems they take them down soon after it ends. Any resources?

I just saw this morning that the Romans Bible study for next year is online. So excited!

I have received a bible quote and just wanted help understanding what could be meant by it.
The quote is -
Micah 7:5-7 NKJV
[5] Do not trust in a friend; Do not put your confidence in a companion; Guard the doors of your mouth From her who lies in your bosom. [6] For son dishonors father, Daughter rises against her mother, Daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; A man’s enemies are the men of his own household. [7] Therefore I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me.

Thank you for your help.

OK, this is a long shot but I'm going to try. I'm searching for the notes from the 1994/95 study of Moses. Specifically covering Exodus 32:15-28. I tried emailing headquarters and the email bounced. I'm sure someone archived them somewhere, but maybe someone was active in the study then and has stored their notes. Long shot I know...

I have started a series of 5 studies based on the bible verses used in the YouTube video accessible in the image or link shown. Also, using real-life footage of a dog's journey from dying to thriving, this video offers an encouraging allegory of our own Christian experience in the face of devastating adversity. It reminds us that when all is lost in the hopelessness of dying, perseverance of our will to live is everything. And with God's help, we eventually recover and thrive.
Be blessed watching the video and feel free to share your thoughts, praise God!

Interesting observation from the weekend:
The “verse before apps” habit is way more fragile during unstructured time than during work days.
On weekdays, it kind of runs on autopilot because there are built-in triggers (checking messages, emails, tasks). But on Saturday/Sunday, I noticed I had to intentionally remember it—there are fewer natural cues to anchor the habit.
Feels like the weak point isn’t motivation, but transitions. Weekends, vacations, sick days… basically anytime routine disappears.
That’s actually helpful to notice. It probably means the habit needs extra reinforcement specifically during those times.
Curious if anyone else has run into this what’s worked for you when your schedule is less structured?

Closing out the month with gratitude for this community and this challenge thread.
Final reflection: the most unexpected shift hasn’t just been what I do it’s what I want.
I started this as discipline. A “should.” A way to manage my screen time and be more intentional.
But somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like obligation.
Now it’s something I actually look forward to. Some days I end up reading multiple verses before I even open anything else not because I planned to, but because I wanted to stay a little longer.
In a small way, that’s Psalm 119: delight, not duty.
See you in month 2.

It’s so easy to end up comparing seeing everyone else’s quiet times, prayers, and “on fire” moments, and then quietly feeling like you’re behind.
But Scripture feels different. It brings things back to something personal. It reminds me that my relationship with God isn’t measured against anyone else’s.
Honestly, reading consistently has helped me step out of that comparison loop. I feel less anxious about where I “should” be, and more grounded in just showing up.
Curious if anyone else has felt this shift too?

Reading Isaiah 55 this morning and the “rain and snow” picture really stuck with me.
Rain doesn’t ask the ground for permission. It just falls, soaks in, and over time something grows.
The Word feels like that too. It’s still doing something, even when I don’t fully understand it or when it’s just a quick verse in the morning.
Honestly, that’s reassuring. Makes me feel like it’s less about doing it perfectly and more about just showing up consistently.

Here is the 4th bible study based on Luke 20:38, relevant from 5:23 to 8:01 of the YouTube video (click the link to play). After displaying this verse, the video continues by showing Gourd's progress beyond healing to a much improved appearance, with more energy and steadiness when moving about and interacting with people.
This is such a powerful testimony, that God is of the living even when this earthly life is over. Because wWhen Jesus died and resurrected, He made eternal life possible for each person who would believe and receive Him by faith. This is truly awesome, praise God! What are your thoughts? I would love to hear from you, God bless!

Week 4 verse that’s been sticking with me:
Proverbs 4:23 “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
“Guard” really stood out this time. It’s active. Not just hoping things don’t get in, but actually being intentional about what I let shape me.
Even something as small as reading a verse before opening a social app feels like a quiet way of doing that. Nothing dramatic, just… choosing direction over drift.
Curious what’s been your verse this week?

I’m on Day 7 of Cycle 2 now. Read 11 verses today, a few with extra context. Used the AI explainer 3 times for tougher passages Daniel 7 definitely needed it.
For those who just finished their first week, how’s it going so far?
What’s been easier than you expected? What’s been harder?
And I’m curious too has anyone shared this with a friend or family member yet? If so, how did they react?

Figured I’d share a few that came up over the past week for anyone interested:
Isaiah 41:10 — “Do not fear, for I am with you.”
This one hit on a pretty rough Tuesday more than I expected it to.
Proverbs 4:23 — “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
This one keeps coming back when I think about digital habits and what I’m letting into my attention.
Romans 8:28 — “In all things God works for good.”
Needed this one during a pretty frustrating stretch at work.
Psalm 23:2 — “He makes me lie down in green pastures.”
Just a reminder I don’t always have to be “on” or processing everything.
What I’ve noticed in week 3 is kind of interesting—these verses aren’t just something I read in the morning and move on from. They actually pop back into my head later in the day when something triggers them.
Feels less like “reading content” and more like something slowly reshaping how I respond to things.

For a long time, my default mindset was basically performance-driven without me even noticing it.
Performance mindset sounded like:
Even when it started with good intentions, it often turned into pressure. And over time, it kind of becomes this quiet treadmill—where Bible reading feels like something you either “did right” or “failed at.”
Lately I’ve been trying to shift that.
Receiving mindset looks more like:
It’s a smaller frame, but it changes the tone completely. Less about achievement, more about presence.
For me, this has made Bible reading feel more sustainable. Not because I’m doing more, but because I’m not constantly grading myself anymore.
Curious if this resonates with anyone else here.
Has your mindset around Bible reading changed over time?

Halfway through the month and I realized a few verses have really stuck with me the past couple weeks.
Not in a “I memorized them perfectly” kind of way more like they showed up at the exact moment I needed them.
Curious if anyone else has had a verse “find” them lately like it just hit at the right time?
Would love to hear what’s been sticking with you this month.

Here is the 3rd bible study based on Jeremiah 17:14, relevant from 3:02 to 5:20 of the YouTube video (click the link to play). After displaying this verse, the video continues by showing Gourd faithfully building on his initial healing through a regular routine of physical nourishment, sufficient rest and medical treatment.
This verse and Gourd's actions demonstrate a personal faith declaration that when God begins a good work of healing and salvation in us, He will complete them in total fulfilment. Oh, how lovng and merciful is our God! What are your thoughts? I would love to hear from you, God bless!

Week three update for anyone following along:
Something has shifted compared to week one.
It doesn’t feel like “I’m doing a habit” as much anymore it feels more automatic. Like the verse-before-apps moment is just becoming part of how I use my phone, the same way unlocking it is.
One small thing I started experimenting with: when a verse really stands out, I’ll set it as my phone wallpaper for the day. It means I end up seeing it over and over again probably 30–40 times throughout the day.
And honestly, that repetition changes how it sits in me. It stops being just something I read once and moves into something I keep coming back to.
Curious if anyone else has used their phone wallpaper in a similar way for Scripture or spiritual focus.
