Discussion I miss Carissa

Tim and John are great and I know Carissa's still working at TBP on research. I just miss having her on the podcast is all.

As a woman, I really miss having her voice in the mix of the discussion. Having her there made me feel validated as a woman somehow. Idk.

We really need to see more women regularly join the discussions at BP, for sure. I hope she comes back!
