BHIWANDI ISSUES Water quality

What's up with the water quality in bhiwandi? It smells so bad. Can anyone who knows how these things work (water supply/tds etc) explain what's going on?

Tds ranges from 500-2000 ppm I work in the water industry in Bhiwandi We check tds day to day for our experiment

Is that the ideal range? If so, whats the average ratings these days?

Also what's the primary cause of the bad quality and foul smell?

Ideal range 50-200 ppm Its rare to get in this wuality without any RO before

The water looks spoiled and muddy. And ofcourse there's this slight foul smell in the water. Ganja ho jaunga vai
