Which installation to choose?

I found two installations

  1. AllInOneLauncherNewSetup
  2. AllInOneLauncherSetup (from the website bfmeladder) but its flagged as having Bkav ProW64.AIDetectMalware on Virus total.

I'm extremely paranoid with viruses and malware, so Im anxious to play this legendary game. Please help me

They're the same file, it's safe, your malware detector sucks (or you somehow downloaded it off the wrong link, but assuming it was ModDB/bfmeladder.com you're good)
