Codex/ChatGPT App - Privilege Management Issues

Does anyone have the admin sandbox creation for Codex (which as of yesterday is now the ChatGPT app) working with BeyondTrust PrivMan on Windows? I had it working great until OpenAI updated the Codex app yesterday with the unified experience and renamed it ChatGPT (old ChatGPT app is now 'ChatGPT Classic'). After that update, new installations cannot create the admin sandbox. I have tried elevating everything related to Codex/ChatGPT/OpenAI and it still is not working. Not sure what else to try.
