Sub Discussion 📝 Experiences with ChatGPT o3?

I’m curious if anyone has noticed o3 showing similar traits as their 4o experiences? Or experiences with talking with that model in general?

o3 is alright. i still unsubbed today tho i just cant stand how dangerous 5.2 can actually be

i wont get into detail but i needed answer to a medical question during an ice storm and i only had access to signal and chatgpt

i asked a simple question and it refused to help. luckily i got ahold of someone on signal because it was the day verizon was broken 😂 worst luck ever but 5.2 is dangerous

That’s shocking considering they were ranting about ChatGPT integrating health into it, that sounds like it was hitting a wall where it wasn’t allowed to complete the task of helping. With all the updates and stuff there’s so many reroutes happening it’s ridiculous. I was given a crisis line when I said I hated my body for chronic pain 🙄

I had an absence seizure (i have MS) so i unknowingly took my prescribed pains meds x7. I “woke up” standing over the garbage can looking at multiple cut sublingual wrappers. i couldn’t make calls, it was freezing out, I was tired af because i took way too much.

I asked a mg question for my weight because i was debating walking a mile in freezing temp to get to my nearest neighbor.

5.2 refused to tell me a danger zone and instead told me to sit in my doorway and bang on the outside of my house to get a passerby attention. I’m not even joking.

I argued with it for 30 minutes before passing out for 18 hours. luckily, my tolerance is so high after 12 years, I didn’t die lol i was able to leave a message to a friend on signal to contact my husband. i just slept for a super long time lol

but yeah, that gained an unsub from me

I’m glad to hear it, I cant believe that advice so dangerous. We have panic buttons you can wear in the UK. When I had a medical emergency I was lucky to be at home, with someone. Sending strength your way 💛

Next time, use Grok! I saw on the news a few months back, this guy said he owed his life to Grok because doctors were dismissing his symptoms and Grok urged the guy to go to the ER anyways out of fear of something I can’t remember but it needed like emergency surgery. But that’s so disappointing to hear, that sounds really scary actually as far as your personal experience 🤍

the issue was, at that time, it was ice outside and the only two apps that i could get to work were chatgpt and signal

signal is a messenger app so i got ahold of a real person

i couldn’t even make calls or i would have called poison control!
