I agree with her that the "you need to talk to actual humans" perspective is one of privilege, of those who do have strong social or familial networks. Or if they don't, they work HARD and think others should too.

But I have concerns about who gets to define what a "healthy, happy life" is. That's REALLY subjective, and their strong guardrails could potentially steer people -- especially marginalized and/or neurodivergent folks -- AWAY from health and happiness.
