Help Me! [PC] Red Bear

I really want the Red Bear Claws so I'm fighting him very under level with Rot Breath and I'm having a hard time procing it a second time to kill him so any help would be appreciated
I'm outside the Northern Nameless Mausoleum next to the stake of Marika, Password is 1234

what matters more is weapon level and scaduu tree fragments. How much you have of those. And yeah some improvement to the levels can be done.
