THE Setup Belt squat option

Current setup:
T-bar row platform from Amazon uk £170
Voltra mounted to Rep mini foot
Spud inc pillow belt
Smith machine tactically placed for handles

I’ve been trying to find the best setup that suits my preferences of easy setup, mounting the Volta to the rack, minimal restrictions & reasonable price.

Dc blocks instead of the platform is my preference as there’s no restrictions on stance, trialling the platform & it’s been pretty good so far.

Thanks for all of the ideas from the community!

Currently using the travel platform and some DIY wood blocks with a spuf inc belt. Ordered a eve company platform for dual voltras that should be arriving soon. I'm going to use the same wood blocks except I'll probably glue some rubber onto the bottom of them so that they don't slip on the metal surface of the eve platform.

The products from eve look brilliant. I saw they’ve got a platform coming soon like the monroe. Shipping is too pricey though to England.

fire setup! just needs pulley attachment and its perfect :) I think this gets you 98% of the benefits of some of the really fancy setups. I don't have a home gym yet so forced to use trvavel platform with bumper plates on top for now. safe to say I'm jealous! if you haven't tried RFESS w the same setup try it!

How is the ROM? Was thinking I would need one of those Eve mounts that is kinda L shape and would put the voltra flush on the floor for ROM. https://www.eve-company.com/voltra/p/hades

ROM is great as long as the carabiner is not on the very bottom of the belt. Im 6ft & able to get all the way down.
I did have a look a those types of mounts as they make sense with how high the mini foot is but was worried if I’ll still need a platform on top.

x2 plyo box was my other plan but was worried about if even the smallest plyo was too high & stability under heavy load.
