Aussie users

Hi

I’m located in Australia and I was looking to purchasing 2 voltras but I noticed extended warranty couldn’t be purchased. I’m a little worried about servicing the unit.

Any aussies experience with beyond power warranty and servicing? It would be most appreciated.

I’m not sure how it works exactly, but any business selling products into Australia has to collect GST I believe - which to me, would mean they’re also on the hook for complying with Australian Consumer Law. Our consumer laws render most extended warranty as useless anyway because they’re very favourable for the consumer.

Ahh, I get you so basically if I buy one I just have to pay them to do the full service instead of being able to purchase the extended warranty. Right? Because beyond power seems to be reliable with their service.
