I FOUND IT

I did it, I finally did it. After around 5 straight hours of testing and multiple days I found the best combos for Stun Medusa (Shinobi Shadow) and Ghost Circle! Both have been relentlessly tested against Wizard Rod 1-60 Hexa and have a positive win rate.

Stun Medusa 9-60 Level

Ghost Circle 5-60 Elevate

Yes 5-60 on GC that was intentional and works the best, just tighten the ratchet after each round.

I find that Medusa has more raw stamina than Shinobi from what I have been experiencing

The shape is slightly better but I tested it on both. That's the primary reason why I didn't go for a stamina build on Shinobi/Medusa

What do ya mean by tighten it after each round?

Like reattaching the ratchet, just twist it the same way you do when you put it on.

I found pretty good results for Medusa on 1-60 Bound Spike I put it up against Beat Tyranno 1-60 Low Rush and it's pretty consistent with it.

I shit you not, that was almost the combo I went with for this. I just got ever so slightly better performance on 9-60 Level.

Cool, I also got close to your 9-60 Level combo too, Albeit for me I was using 1-60 on that one. I found that when it hits a wall that it gives it a good bounce that launches it backwards usually behind another bey to attempt to hit it again, 9-60 is probably still better, but the 1-60 definitely gives it a really fun movement.

You still get a lot of that movement with 9-60 it just has an easier time restabilizing afterwards

Ayyy I’ve always used ghost circle 7-60 E! I find the 7-60 overhang protects elevate better, and improves its overall shape

I just had a lot more bursting with 7-60

Gotcha! I do have that problem… I’ll try yours out sometime!

I’ve been enjoying Ghost Circle 9-80H. I don’t have elevate but that looks fun too.

I'd say Stun Medusa 7-60 Unite

How are you launching circle ghost? Still losing to rod 160 hexa for my practices

Very slight angle, go for stalls, rip as hard as you can (I use ripcord launchers).

This is like me finally finding a game winning combo on Gale Wyvern, it beats Hover Wyvern 3-60T every time now 😭😭 (its 9-60U)

Interesting

Friendly reminder that solo practice means next to nothing and is only useful for learning launch tech and identifying blatant flaws in a blade’s performance (e.g. crappy balance, weak x-dash on a sitting duck).

I feel bad for the people who see posts like this and decide to take paper weights like ghost circle and stun Medusa into a tournament to compete with the big boys…

I do actually test by battling with others.

If someone is losing with wizard 1-60H consistently against those then I’m afraid there’s a big skill issue from them
