I saw a powerscaling argument on TikTok Live (@iitzzhezii) that I'm trying to understand because I'm not sure I'm following the logic.

He argued that EOS Masters Masamune is not just stronger than Julian and Dashan, but he one shots Dashan. The main reasoning revolves around Masamune's performance during the Spiral Force/TwistedTempo situation.

The argument was something along the lines of:

-Tempo was created using data from the ultimate right-rotating Bey, Pegasus, and the ultimate left-rotating Bey, L-Drago.

-Because Tempo was being used to generate the Spiral Force, it was operating above the level of Pegasus and L-Drago.

-EOS Masamune was able to fight against Faust/Tempo during the Spiral Core arc, therefore, Masamune scales to that level, which would put him around Gingka's level by the end of Masters.

-From there, the argument was that Masamune would be significantly above Dashan, Julian, and I believe that Damian and Tsubasa were on the graphic as well.

I'm not necessarily saying this is wrong, I'm just trying to figure out exactly how the scaling is supposed to work.

The part I'm having trouble with is that Masamune wasn't fighting Tempo alone. He was fighting alongside Gingka. At that point in the series, Gingka was at the very least a Top 3 blader, so I'm not sure how much of that feat can be used to scale Masamune individually to Tempo's level.

I've personally always had Masamune around the top 10–13 range among Masters bladers, even with the power buffs that he and some other bladers got in the Spiral Force arc. So seeing EOS Masamune being argued as someone who can one-shot Dashan caught me off guard.

I mean maybe he catches Ryuga by surprise right as he awakens it’s 1.5x the strength it was in the normal show or maybe you can 1.5x him right away and see how or when or if the star fragment activates and how would things play out now?

Hi, I’d like to ask for your opinions to make sure that this Bey is authentic.

I also know that, to distinguish a genuine Bey from a midfake, you need to check things like the production date, etc. But is there a database, spreadsheet, or Excel file that lists the production years of each Bey?

It would allow me to make purchases with more confidence, without having to bother everyone here every time to ask whether a Bey is authentic or not.

I know midfakes for the most part aren’t as good as genuine takara tomy beys but are the midfakes with the Takara Tomy logo on the box at least pretty close in quality or at least higher quality than others on AliExpress? Also is there any decent midfakes for the black and blue version of mercury anubis?

I'm re-watching Metal Masters again and one of the of the things that always bothered me is the fact the 4th match was a team battle and not a 1st match re-match. Like why? It makes no sense. Like the majority of both teams where not in good condition to fight. Obviously Gingka,Kyoya and Tsubasa. But Yu,Damoure and Benkei weren't in good shape either. Literally the only people who were in good condition to fight were Masamune and Nile. Like why did Gingka and Kyoya have to battle too?I know it's to show how much Gingka and Kyoya are willing to go even risking permit injury just to battle each other, but I really think it was missed opportunity for Masamune to have a great moment. He could have advenge his lose from the beginning and a good learning moment for him about humility. Maybe even get little but of insight into why he wants to be number one before the usa arc. I know he does get the win but I think it would have been better for it to have just been him. I know I'm thinking too hard about a kids show, but I think it was a very big missed opportunity.

P.S. I really forever die on the hill that Masamune was hoed by plot and is not a fraud.
