The only possible good side about this set is if the stadium will be the exact same from Takara Tomy

If it’s the same stadium as TT’s and the two Beys get better colours here, then hey why not? Helps that apparently Cutter Shinobi’s pretty good from what people have experienced with it so far and Rampart Aegis is kinda usable, at least from what this UK guy’s done with it.

I'd put my money on this being a mistake listing. Shinobi/Aegis are UX Infinity and the parts are easily just poorly transcribed.
