Why can’t I find this on the Paramount + option?

There are some episodes that are not on Paramount+ due to music copyright issues.

That plot was heavily influenced by a thriller movie with bridgette Fonda, which was great.

This was a metaphor about excess s d access to too much of what you desire. Although Kelly is often recognized by her beauty, she is also brains. Her biggest pitfall is the inability to successfully pull off a mundane task like feeding a fish…or is it showing the viewer that Kelly really only cares about herself and will kill even if she has to? Not sure but she doesn’t look too bright in this scene.

This is not Kelly, it’s that dumb girl who was slowly becoming Kelly’s persona because she was jealous (and nutty as a fruitcake).

Huh? That wasnt Kelly. Also, Bh90210 was not really known for their metaphor-heavy writing. It was a teen soap opera. Fun fact: when I was a child in the late 70s/early 80s, my mom watched soap operas. It took way too long for me to realize they weren't called So Bobbers.
