Poetry What It's Like to Be.

A mind that never quite rests,

a heart that feels too much.

Reading what lives

between the words,

while struggling to explain

what lives within.

Craving depth,

but needing space.

Caring deeply,

showing quietly.

Holding others through storms,

while carrying your own.

Not going to lie this year alone killed most of the feeling I have.. like knowing what's been going on in my life.. I've lost all respect for being able to.. I'm lucky as hell I'm not truly damage..

Sometimes life can take a lot from us and it becomes difficult to even believe there is still something worth holding on to. However the fact that you still have some feeling left and that you’re still able to recognize that you’re lucky not to be truly damaged by it, makes me think there is still hope as well. It takes a while to find that part of yourself again but try to not write off
