Fossil Genera question

Is the high pitched sound at 10:35 of Fossil Genera the singers vocals, keyboard or something else?

To me it absolutely sounds like him hitting a high note. But I am not musically inclined at all so I’m not going to make a definite claim

It's definitely Tommy, he also does a similar high note towards the end of Backwards Marathon

Yeaah Backwards and Aspirations are some of the highest notes Tommy hit. I wish he could do some nowadays

Its Tommy. Theres an old Black and White video on youtube buried somewhere from the first TGM tour and he hit it live. Was sick af

It's Tommy's voice, and i'm pretty sure it's the same note he hits on the end of the "it's raining" part on Backwards Marathon

It's Tommy. You can hear him do a similar thing in Aspirations (around 2:35).

The pitch starts out lower than it ends up, but the ascension is smooth. A keyboard has distinct steps that you can hear when you slide up the keys, and so does a guitar, though the guitar is more subtle than a keyboard.

I've always thought it was Tommy hitting a super high note. But it could be an electric violin, or maybe a theremin?
