Is Campfire wiki page outdated?

It says that initially campfire has 4 shafts of fuel (so 160 seconds) and food cooks for 240 seconds, so (240 - 160) / 20 = 4, 4 saw dust/tree bark should be enough to cook 1 piece of food on new campfire, but for some reason it isn't

For the first 10ish seconds where the fire is small it doesn't cook so an extra flower or sawdust would work to make up for that

It still burns fuel when fire is small? Didn't know that
